Refund & Returns Policy — LeJean Travels

Overview
We want you to love every LeJean Travels product and experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Personal-care items (lotions, oils, mists, soaps, body wash, scrubs, lip balms, etc.)
Sanitary or intimate goods
Custom-made, curated, or personalized kits
Digital downloads or e-books
Gift cards
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Perishable or consumable goods
For health and safety reasons, once personal-care items leave our facility, they cannot be resold and therefore are not eligible for return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Books returned with visible signs of use
Apparel or merchandise that is not in its original condition (damaged, stained, missing parts) for reasons not caused by LeJean Travels
Items returned after the 30-day return window, if accepted at our discretion
Personal-care products and custom kits are not eligible for partial refunds.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow standard bank and card processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account
Contact your credit card company
Contact your bank for processing delays

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, contact us at Hello@lejeantravels2.com before returning the product.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the return once the item is received.
If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
Shipping Returns
To return an item, please contact:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Deposits
All deposits, including for group travel, custom orders, or pre-orders, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
